The movers did a great job taking care of my property except my file cabinet got bent on the bottom which is the reason I gave them an excellent rating even with the file cabinet incident. I called when I found it and was reimbursed $50 which was fair. All 3 men that moved me were very nice and did everything they could to make my move easy. They were fast and efficient and extremely careful with my furniture and the walls and maneuvered the stairs without hitting anything as far as I know. The supervisor was new to the job and did a great job.

3 new employees showed up to my apartment with little to no experience. I was quoted a time of 5 hours that took a total of 12 hours to complete. Not only did they lack the experience to know how to properly pack the truck in one load, but the love extended into the 2nd day.

When I spoke with Vanessa on the 2nd day, she did not tell me the card on file would be charged. She said an operations manager would call me Monday morning regarding the damage to some of my furniture. I never gave permission for that card to be charged nor did I say there was enough money on the card to charge that amount.

I would never use or refer 2 men and a truck to anyone in the future. Your office staff is inexperienced, your movers are thrown into situations they were not properly trained for.

The initial communication with office team was very good. The moving team was good with the exception of one incident undiscovered until after they departed. A refrigerator was damaged going through the door. Since the refrigerator was wrapped in blankets prior to the move the office manager denied any wrong doing even with before and after pictures. Compensation allotment for the damages are about half of the actual cost for repairs. If it were not for this one incident, the overall rating for the service would be very high. I am disappointed that management is not owning up to the mistake by its workers.

The move and move team was good, the problem was the movers broke the lock on my front door. The bolt must have been bumped to the out position with the door open and then the bolt must have been hit with the furniture because as the movers were leaving the house for the last time, I attempted to lock the door and the bolt was out and could not be moved. I showed one of the movers and he did not have anything to say about it. It cost me $235.40 to get the lock fixed.

Vanessa was excellent!! I rated acceptable because the other lady that works there is not a team player. She's just getting a check for doing nothing. I called & spoke with a gentleman to tell about my glass dinning table top. He said he would document it but he didn't.
Please get your staff on point or out the door.

My movers were very friendly and respectful of my things. They did make a large gag on the wall in my garage so when I reported it to the company, they offered to take $100 of my moving price. I felt I could get it prepared for less than $100 so I agreed.

Most of the move was pleasant, however our fridge panel screen is not working now or the light on the inside. Our daughter's vanity mirror was broken. Son's desk was scratched up. Husband's tool box was damaged. Extra fridge door was hung up because it was shoved into the back of the truck during transportation. We understand there will be some things damaged, but these items we use in every day life. We gave an extra tip for each of the guys who did the move. Done in good faith. They told us they would let you guys know about the fridge and someone would come out and fix it. They said this several times. Told us not to worry. I texted the lady you set up the move and alerted her. She said no problem just get a list together and we can file a claim. Not the case. Will not use u

The estiamate did not reflect the actual move time or cost of the move. I explained everything to the office person (who was very courteous and friendly) and she gave me a quote. When the two movers arrived I walked through the studio with them and they confirmed that it would take between 3-4 hours. At about 2.5 hours into the move both movers said, “about 45 minutes longer.” It ended up taking a total of 7.5 hours, which was twice as much money and caused me to lose $500 to the apartment building because I wasn’t out by 8:00PM. By the time they were haphazardly piling things (shoving things to make them fit) into the storage unit I lost complete confidence that my belongings will be unharmed with I move them out of storage. They were friendly and upbeat, but this move was a total mess.
