I was satisfied with my experience overall because this company was able to move my very large items in an efficient way that I could not have replicated. I was dissatisfied however with one of the worker's attitude. I am sure he was very tired from working all day but he seemed dissinterested in helping and used minimum/slow effort whenever possible. The movers also banged up one of the walls while moving my large dresser but other than that I was pleased. They had to wait 30 minutes for somebody to bring them the appropriate tools for disassembling my bed and this initially was frustrating. The main mover in charge did not charge me for these extra 30 minutes so I was very happy with that.

The movers were 3 men who were about 22 years old, so they did not have the experience to correctly pack the truck so that everything could be moved. They had to stop and move some items around inside the truck at one [point to be able to fit more things. They still were not able to get everything in it. I had to end up renting a UHaul truck and move many things myself. I spent $580 plus $140 on a UHaul. IF I were to consider using your company again, I would make sure the movers had more experience. They were very nice and seemed to work hard enough, just did not have the knowledge. At one point, 1 guy had 4 boxes on a dolly and the boxes fell off as he was trying to get moving. The top 2 boxes were clearly marked FRAGILE. Several of my glass baking dishes broke in the fall.

The guys were very professional, personable and hard working. The gave us the presidential treatment.
