Jo Jo and his moving partner (Savon, spelling?) were energetic, strong and friendly. They were conscientious and concerned about completing the paperwork properly (they were just learning about the forms and how to fill them out.) They were polite and asked if there was anything else I needed help with.

David and partner called ahead to let us know when expected and were right on time. Courteous and professional, they completed our needed furniture rearrangement carefully and expeditiously. Would gladly call them out again.

I called 3 times to the office staff to set up the moving dates. On the 1st call I paid for both appointments. On the 3rd call, they had not even scheduled the 2nd app. and I had to take the next day which meant taking an extra day off of work. On the day of the move the office sent the truck to the wrong address (actually the place we are moving to on the 2nd appointment. office is disorganized

Sent 3 guys out so they could move our piano upstairs. We paid a higher rate for the extra help and they didn’t get the job done. Disappointed this time around.

I gave a 4 to the moving team because they did not put the backing on a chair; they nicked the corner of the living room table; and, they broke the attachment to the barbecue.
Yet, they were polite throughout the move.
