We had two great guys to move our stuff. There was Payne and Patrick. They were on time,they did not waste time and very helpful and kind. We will use them again for sure .they took good care of our furniture. These were very professional young men !!!

I was happy with my movers on the first move. They were great. I tried to schedule a second move and was given a quote. No one answered the phone in the office for two days and the mailbox was full so I could not confirm my second move. I called the date requested and was told that since I never confirmed I would have to wait 6 days for 8 pieces of furniture and 0 boxes to moved. I went with a better moving company that was more about customer satisfaction.

My 2 movers were the best guys! they worked so hard, none stop even in the heat... great attitudes, they protected everything thing with pads.. I can't say enough about these 2 guys best moving experience you could ever have I'm recommending them to everyone

Franklin and Brad were so wonderful! They worked so hard! Never let up even when it seemed we would never get to the back of that truck! Very positive and professional! I did not know until they shared it, that you all do “inside moves” too. I want these two fellows back once I figure out what reall needs to be kept and stored! Thank you so much for all the help!!

We have used this company before for our apartment relocation and most recently our storage. They movers are fast, courteous and never damaged anything. The reservation process is easy and the office team is always super helpful. I have recommended them before and always well. A friend used them for their move and was extremely pleased. I have had very bad experiences in the past with movers and this company is a 100% better. We will have one more permanent move in the future and we will definitely use them again. Thank you all for your impeccable service!

The guys were very careful and fast despite it being 90 degrees that day. They unfortunately had to move all our things up a very steep driveway that they couldn’t back their truck up in. They never once complained. I would use again!

Our move was canceled at the time the truck was to be at house. It was scheduled a month out and confirmed a week out. The operation manager was rude and offered no recourse. It was not until a call to corporate office that the general manager called to arrange a later move. We were promised a discount that we didn’t get. As a military veteran I have used two men and a truck over 15 times. This location in Knoxville has ruined your reputation. Movers were good. Office staff and owners not at all. Word of mouth on social media travels fast. Their treatment is unacceptable
