The only problem we had was when I called I was told they would not disassemble any items for removal. Then I called back about scheduling and was sent to I believe a call center and was told that they did disassemble. I said great. When I called back again to verify the appointment I was told they did not disassemble. I was told by the local office that some branches do disassemble but the Knoxville branch did not.

Joy in the office was professional and friendly. She made me want to call back and book with this company. The three men who moved me were professional and friendly as well. They were careful with my furniture and were considerate. They were also personable and nice to be around. One of them, after seeing that it was okay to joke around, was hilarious. They also moved very fast, and since I was paying by the hour, I really appreciated their efficiency. This was an unexpectedly great experience.

Our movers were neatly dressed and coordinated. They had very positive and chipper attitudes. They were also very efficient and attentive to their jobs. Speedy was another trait of Dustin and Jacob. We hope to use them in February for another move.
