Anthony and “Double A’ were fabulous. Professional, took care of furniture, understood the mission, did the job. Special shout out to Joy in the customer office who solved our problem of being rescheduled by ‘operations’ because they didn’t want to move us in the afternoon. Except our salvage warehouse didn’t open ‘til noon, which I clearly explained when booking. Two other CS operators were not helpful, but Joy managed to get us back on track. [We had a suite of new furniture coming next day to replace the ‘empty’ bedroom, and a tenant expecting a bed in the new apartment - both would have failed if Joy had not come to the rescue.] So, in spite of some stress thanks to late ‘operations’ change, everything got done - timely, efficiently, and well. I will use Two Men again.

These two bright young men are wonderful to work with and we highly recommend that these two hard working team receive a great pay raise as they are an important asset to their company. I moved from Sweetwater, Tn to Dothan, Al and my movers , Grant and Shawn were very professional, courteous and respectful. It was 2 very hot days and they worked very hard and never complained of the heat or the long drive thru several thunderstorms. I would definitely use your company again especially if I can get 2 movers like those 2 young men. They made my move a very pleasant experience and I thank them for that. The only thing I did not get was an e-mail to begin with explaining everything up front, but that was not their fault.

I was very disappointed with my experience in with TM&AT in Knoxville. The moving team was not in appropriate apparel (one was wearing sandals), and they dropped multiple boxes and items causing irreversible damage.
