The office staff was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. The day of the move the team arrived on time, introduced themselves and explained everything I needed to know. The were efficient, careful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The speed in which they loaded the truck, all while being extremely careful with my belongings, was impressive. They made excellent time and reached my new apartment in Bristol, TN quickly. They were just as efficient and caring unloading my stuff even though they had to haul up one flight of stairs. I was astonished at how fast they got it done!

With all the wrapping and carring all the items that i could carry to the garage, i didn't expect it to take 3 hrs on the dot to put into the truck. I had taken legs off chairs, sofas to clear the door of my house and wrapped everything and there was about 8 items that they carried to the truck.

Two different office workers/dispatchers entered the wrong date and the wrong city on my order. To their credit, we were able to get a truck and movers on the right day. The movers were really great, both in skill and attitudes. The women on the phone were very nice as well, but apparently not focused.

Everything went very smooth, from scheduling through moving day. The moving crew did a fantastic job. It was a difficult move that included lots of stairs and a steep driveway that prevented the large truck from getting as close to the house as we would have hoped, but the moving crew took it in stride and worked non-stop until the truck was empty. Amazing job guys!
