I was very stressed about this move and had to change the logistics three times. Each time I spoke with Cynthia in the home office, she was very helpful and most of all patient! The gentlemen who arrived to move my things were respectful, organized and very friendly. This move was easy and stress free thanks to Two Men and a Truck. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

I was uncomfortable with one of the movers. I felt as if he was not wanting to help me move. He was not wanting to put things in the truck for me that I had not yet had time to place in a box. He was talking about what a good deal I got on my price to move. He seemed upset that I had "so much stuff to move." The mover would not take my computer on the truck. I did not have a box left to put it in. The other mover was nice and helpful. I have never had a mover not hook by washing machine and dryer back up at my new residence, and now I am left with having to find someone to do that for me now. I was told by the office that they would be glad to do that. Well they would not. I tried to do it myself and got water on my new floor! I was misled I feel about what they would do and not do.

As for your computer it is not safe to place them on moving trucks because they can be damaged being so fragile and having sensitive screens. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK movers do not hook up washers and dryers as well because they can damage your home if not properly installed by an expert as you experienced installing them yourself. We were thoroughly satisfied with the two men that came to our home to help unload our two Pods. They arrived on time and worked hard the entire time that they were here. We showed them the layout of the house and they put things were they belonged or asked us if there was a question. I thought that the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

Brad & Julio were wonderful. They were both so polite and very courteous with each other. We were together 6 hrs and they made our move look like a walk in the park. We strayed once and used another company due to personal scheduling conflicts. It was a disaster. I will only ever use Two Men and A Truck!

My moving team was friendly, efficient, and professional. They took great care of my belongings but also worked quickly to keep the costing of moving low. Very pleased with my experience and will not hesitate to use them again!
