They took A LOT longer that they should have. My husband and I could have moved the few things faster.

Your job closed out at 2.75 hours, which was at the lower end of the estimate. We pride ourselves on having accurate estimates - and always strive to provide you with exceptional moving services. You were moving from a three-story, 2 bedrooms, and 1800sq ft home with two separate unload stops. The pieces that the movers were moving were also larger inventory pieces including your piano, king bed, treadmill, etc. We are sorry for your frustration and would love to talk with you about your move and evaluate what could have happened to make your bill higher than expected. Had several pieces damaged. Was told that the franchise owner would be calling. They have not.
1. Mover tried to stand my TV stand up on its side... broke the leg off.
2. Mover dropped a box of glass off the end of the truck. Broke Pyrex.
3. Moving truck gashed into the concrete on driveway exposing large hole at the expansion joint.
4. Dining room chairs/ table were not wrapped for storage.

The men were very polite and worked quickly keeping their time in our estimate which was great because our budget was tight. Will definitely recommend your services.

The move went smoothly. I dreaded moving. Raymond and Jonathan made the move easy and enjoyable. They worked quickly and efficiently. They had such a positive attitude that my apprehension was thwarted. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and competent. It was a joy to work with them. They made the move a pleasant experience.

My movers helped me with a very difficult queen bed frame that had rusted, CUT bolts, and was a bear to break down, and worse to put back together! And they did it all with a smile!

Raymond was very professional and worked circles around the other two movers.
We did think that at the point where One mover was working on taking bed apart that the others could have been working on emptying a different room. Otherwise it was a good job!
