Hunter and Nolan were amazing! They were so patient, packed everything very professionally, loaded everything and unloaded , assembled our beds ! They were very patient throughout and it is hard work! A big shout out to both!
One suggestion is they should have 3 people!

I just moved my parents from Cookeville to South Carolina. Riley and Hunter were absolutely fantastic!! They took great care in wrapping and securing all of their things, and were fast and efficient in loading and unloading, making the move nearly effortless for me. They were patient with and kind to my parents in all their asks to put furniture in different places as they were bringing things

There was some issue due to a new employee. Employee was NOT a problem. Just 2nd day on the job and like anyone new was not as fast. Supervisor sent 2 additional men and even helped himself. Appreciate the extra effort. All your employees were nice and represented your company well. Informed my real estate agent of my positive experiences. She said she will add your company to her recommend list.

BUT I have to say like everything else your prices are a little high.

Office staff was very helpful and prompt in answering all our questions.
The movers were very professional and accommodating with all our needs, including pickup and delivery.

Everything about our team was great except one thing. We had a special memory rock and the guys were asked to put it on the truck and they days sure. They were reminded to get the rock again and the guy said we will get it last. Well, they forget to get the rock and it’s something that can’t be replaced nor can we just go get it . Our memory rock is lost to us forever.
