Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them makes the difference. My move started two hours delayed due to a clerical error.
However, to make up for that lost time, the company sent an additional team to assist at no cost, getting the whole move done faster and under the estimate. The movers were upbeat and respectful, and made a stressful move go by much more smoothly. Highly recommended.

The moving crew appeared to have never moved anything before. They applied ratchet straps to the face of my brand new refrigerator without any protection and tightened them down allowing them to cut large grooves into the face of the refrigerator. I was told that I would receive a mere $200 for their negligence. Everything that was assembled at my new home had to be undone and redone properly.

These guys are AMAZING! Jacob, Eric and Noah are the BEST. Whatever you are paying them isn’t enough. They were super careful, very pleasant to talk with and gave all-around top notch customer service. I will tell everyone I know to use Two Men and a Truck for anytime they need a mover.
