I have 3 pieces of antique furniture that was damaged. We bought the movers lunch and tipped them $100 a piece. Just now seeing damage as I unpack.

First, I had called and requested the 2 men that moved the stuff out of our house into the garage. I was told they would be sent to move the items back in. This did not happen, 2 other men were sent. The hutch to the china cabinet was not reattached like it should of been, it was just set on top of the base cabinet. The shrink wrap was not removed from the hutch either and therefore the glass shelving not put back in. The beds in the up stairs bed rooms were not put back together, so after our long trip back home I had to put 2 beds together. One piece of furniture looks like it may have been damaged, a chest in the master bedroom, I will have to inspect it closer today to see what it looks like. This might have been different if the 2 men that I requested, been sent, like I

The team that moved us was totally professional and had an outstanding attitude. The overall team lead, Eric, was excellent and could step up to higher responsibility positions. Andrew.Andrew and Tray were top-notch as well and I could see each of them moving,up in the organization as well. The handling of our furniture and other goods was great-- no damage at all. They had tremendous energy and work ethic and displayed as sense of humor as well. I would not hesitate to use them again. The office staff was also on top of their game. Overall, a great value and it made the stress of moving as low as it can reasonably be.

The overall move was good. I felt like it could have been a little faster. The movers were taking a break just 45 mins after starting. It was a very small move. One bedroom, living room, dining room, and laundry room. The only large items were washer and dryer. The move out took as long as the last time I used Two Men and a Truck, which was a large move. The movers just moved a lot faster in my first move and didn't take breaks. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends.
