I was delighted with the services and personnel. The 2 guys were considerate, very methodical in wrapping and packing my items. Andrew (not sure of his last name) was most polite and considerate. This franchise is one of the best I've ever experienced.

Two of the sweetest and most helpful young men were sent to move some donated furniture. I encouraged them to take some college classes at night bc their backs weren't going to last forever :-) Not only were they strong and on task, but they were also kind and friendly.

The office was able to schedule my move at the exact time I wanted. The moving team (Kyle and Mike) arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I was surprised at how quickly and well the move went. They explained everything well. We have another move coming in the futue and I plan on requesting Kyle and Mike again. They did a very poor job. They did not put most of my stuff in the right place. They didn't put anything back together that they took a part. Very sloppy.

Braden and Josh did a great job with a difficult task. The main item they moved was a very large, custom-made bookcase and entertainment center that consisted of multiple pieces. It was very heavy, but they managed to move it without requiring additional help. In addition, the driveway they had to come up was long, steep and very difficult. Braden, with Josh's guidance, was able to maneuver the large 26' box truck up the driveway without incident, which is no easy task. Their attitudes and professionalism were great, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Excellent job.
