Our movers were great! They were helpful and very professional.

What should have taken 45 minutes ended up taking 2 hours because they got the truck stuck in the driveway. The truck was too large for the address the piano was being delivered to. I tried to get the white guy to let me get my pickup truck and transfer from the large truck my small truck, but he squeezed this huge truck up our driveway and got stuck in the mud. His truck also went into our yard and a drainage ditch causing minor damages. I was disappointed they charged me for 120 minutes when the actual move only took 45 minutes. Live and learn! The African American gentleman had much better ideas of how to move the piano out of one residence and into the other house, but the white guy kept questioning him causing further delays in the move. The job was completed with no harm to piano.

They were prompt and on time, very courteous, and listened to what and why and somewhat how I wanted my vanity moved up to my master bedroom. I would certainly recommend your company and your representatives!

I have had several cross-country moves with different moving companies over the past 20 years; this one was the best moving experience I have had!

The moving team did pretty good overall. I know a move gets long & tiring, but the movers need to keep up their pace at the end to complete the job to my satisfaction. A few things at the end were just left in garage rather than moved to proper rooms. I did not notice until after the fact when looking for said items. Garage was stuffed altogether, so we had to unload & repack the garage in order to move around the boxes, tools & outdoor equipment.

They did a great job unloading our truck. What took us 2 1/2 hours to load, they unloaded in 45 minutes. Fabulous!

The movers were well spoken, friendly and eager to help. I was highly impressed with their attitude.

Cain and Vincent were just outstanding. They were very well mannered and went out of their way to ensure everything was the way we wanted it. We were very impressed with their politeness and sincerity. If we know anyone who is planning a move we would highly recommend them.
