Overall, we were very happy with our moving experience. Several pieces were damaged during the move (a nightstand drawer and a white couch was stained). I am waiting to hear how thus is resolved. We did pay for insurance.

I LOVED how my guys moved my belongings from my apartment to my new home. They were early, polite when they notified me that they were ahead of schedule AND they were extra careful while moving but also quick. They moved me into my new home painlessly and for that I can’t praise them enough. Please give them all a bonus!

The two gentlemen were on time and in fact early. They were dressed sharp and their attitude was awesome. Even after they saw the task ahead of them. I would recommend these two to anybody!! In fact will use the same two guys when we move out of storage and into my new house!!

My experience was great. The moving team was quick and efficient. They ensured that all of my belongings were safely moved and nothing was damaged. I would definitely recommend them to others and would use their services again.

Overall our experience was excellent. I rated the service as "good" because there was some confusion. First, the team was a man short, but we were notified by a supervisor that the 4th man would be at our home within 45 minutes. When he showed up, he asked me to walk him through the move - which I'd already done with the man who I thought was the lead person that day. This kept recurring. Also, at the end of the day, the man who sat with us doing paperwork forgot to take our check and we had to wait for the group to return to pick it up. They also left a set of straps and some padding at our home which we returned to the local office. Everyone was very pleasant, worked hard and completed the job in less time than we anticipated.
