We had company move only big heavy items. They only sent 2 guys so of course it went over the 6 hr quoted time. I was made to sign a waiver so the crew would not be held responsible for any wall damage up the stairs otherwise they would not move the furniture at the new place. And of course they ended up denting the wall. Once upstairs one of the guys fell back with the dolly putting 4 dents and a hole in another wall (they did take care of that and the guy who came out to fix it was great). A little over 8 hrs later they were done, I had a huge bill and a lot of damage to my newly built home. In the movers defense, the company should have assigned more guys to a job handling ONLY lg heavy items like a frig, washer/dryer, 4 dressers and beds etc.

initial project was discussed with an estimated time of 4-5 hours. Move was scheduled between 1-4pm. Loading took longer than expected and truck was not at new residence until 7:30. I didn't want to be up until midnight so asked if they could finish in AM. They said not without a storage charge. Long story short. They did come back in AM but the cost seemed high. Once I explained to the GM he apologized and offered me a discount which means they do care about their reputation and will work with their customers. Thank you

I can't say enough good thing about the experience. The two movers were great, very professional and didn't waste any time. There was no milking of the clock which is often a big concern with hiring movers. They were respectful and careful with my items and treated them as if they were their own. I'm glad I chose Two Men and a Truck and will recommend the company to anyone I know in need to movers. I'll definitely use your services in the future. And again the two movers Rico and Anthony were great, I couldn't be happier with the job they did.

They are dependable, caring individuals whom we trust to be there when we need them and do what we need them to do in the most timely and efficient manner. The movers showed up ready to go. I explained and pointed out each room and items that would be moved, and they checked with me throughout the move to be sure they werw still getting the right pieces. When we were loaded they unloaded us into a storage unit, and packed it floor to ceiling, front to back. It was like playing Tetris. I donandacirc;??t know how they manages to get it all to fit, and leave us some room for more boxes. We went over budget that day, but the entire two day pack/move still came in under budget over all. I wasnandacirc;??t happy with the office being so thorough over the phone, and the packers being sent unprepared, but itherwise, excellent. And they had an opening for us on our dates with 5 days notice. I canandacirc;??t say enough good things!

The adminsitrative team was awesome. hey made sure they had all the information from me before the start of the move and followed up wih me during the move. The two men helping me with my move (John and Galen, I believe) were very courtous and very professional. They took every step needed to assure that there was no damage to my property and my furniture. There were times when I was away from them but could hear their conversation. The banter between them was very funny. They were like Abbot and Costello, Martin and Lewis, Chris Rock and Jackie Chan, C-3PO and R2D2. I enjoyed their company during a long day of moving. I will be sure to use your company again.

My team included Ameshia and Shane-these two hustled around and overcame challenges very quickly! They were super friendly and took great care in making sure everything was done safely while ensuring my home and furniture remained as they found it. Their customer service is the kind that other companies should strive for. Shane was exceptionally professional and courteous. This is the type of young man that would make a great manager and promoter of the company. He cares about what he does and takes pride in it. All, while being friendly, courteous and professional. These are qualities that are becoming rare in the younger generations these days sad to say. A+
