I was concerned moving to a newly built home with tons of hardwood, however, Austin and Jason were fabulous. They were very careful, even took my treadmill apart and put it back together to get it upstairs. The time was slightly greater than estimate, however this was my fault, I did not communicate that everything was going upstairs. The move went great with my furniture and home in perfect condition.

The workers were slow and not motivated to get the job done in a timely manner. One truck had an incident in our apartment complex causing a 2hr delay. Then we had to rush to get the movers done by 9:30pm, so none of our furniture is where it is suppose to be. Now we have to hire more movers to finish what y’all couldn’t accomplish in a 9.5 hr day. The site inspector recommended 4 movers and 2 trucks to move a 4800 square foot home! That was the first mistake...the customer depends on the company to make the right recommendations! Matt and David were both rude to my husband and not professional when dealing with ALL of our issues we had with your company. We will not recommend you to one single person.
