Two of the moving team - the older men, were exceptional. They worked diligently taking care to wrap furniture and get it moved. The other two were okay - more just like a job than a career to them. One spent more time talking than moving stuff ... at our cost. A few of the heavier items were left in the garage, and I had to get someone to help get them moved to where they were going. Outside patio tree was left on side of house instead of taken to patio area. Overall, furniture was well protected and moved. Retrospectively, I would only use two men rather than four ... instead of gaining efficiency, I feel as though we lost it and it cost us more in long run.

Our entire end of end experience was awesome. They cleared out two very full storage units, and an apartment and unloaded to our new home. They were hard working, courteous and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Kevin was awesome and extremely professional. Not one item was damaged. My only concern is clock management. My house was 1500 sf...2 bedrooms, living room, dining room. 2 bed sets, 3 couches, dining table, and patio furniture. I was quoted for around a 6 hour move..it took them 6 hours to load the items mentioned above. This move cost me twice what I budgeted. Obvious clock stretching going on here...not cool.

Team was hard-working and very professional.
In particular, we had a very heavy antique piano that was very challenging. They worked patiently with this and were very careful not to damage this delicate item.

The gentlemen that moved me were great. It was the easiest and least stressful move I’ve done. None of the furniture was damaged and they had someone out to repair a scratch on my floor within days. This was done without me ever even making a phone call. I highly recommend 2 Men and a Truck!

While there were some problems with my move, what I was most upset about was being told that the team was on the way when the office team knew the move team was delayed. I was waiting outside thinking that the team was on the way and would be there soon, when in fact they were held up and would not be making till 2hrs after the initial move. If they had just told me of the delay it would have been better than leading me on. Once this was straightened out everything went fine.
