The 3 young men were very nice and polite. They got the job done in a reasonable amount of time.
The following are our three major complaints:
1. They broke the glass shelving in our China cabinet
2. They just put our boxes in the garage instead of moving them into the rooms where they labeled.
3. After several calls to the office we still do not have the broken glass shelving replaced.

We got movers and a show. These guys were very courteous and professional yet jovial. They did scratch our headboard, but other than that I had no issues. They first came in to assess the items and then figured out a game plan. One guy kept asking for the heavy stuff and another was running off the truck to grab the next item. There was no bickering. I heard horror stories with other movers. I will definitely recommend TM&aT.

I will probably never use you again. My furniture was damaged, the movers did not complete the move, and attempt to resolve it and have been unsuccessful now Two weeks after the move.

The movers were careful with our furniture but scratched our floors up. I thought the men didn’t use moving tools like straps to help carry the furniture more efficiently and carefully. The furniture arrived safely but we were afraid we’d hear complaints from the new owners of our home. So far all indications are they are pleased with their new home.

Guys worked very hard. One of them accidentally bumped the side of my china cabinet and broke the glass. I will file a claim on this. Good work crew.

Furniture not padded properly and damage incurred. Everything that was to be moved did not move and I still paid more than priced. The packers were not experienced and did not have the right supplies causing the move to take longer than it should. The movers and packers on the first and second day were not managed and time efficiency was a factor in the cost overrun as well as they had to makeshift padding and packages due to not having enough of every thing from padding to bubble wrap to lamp and picture boxes. The move that was scheduled to take 1 day ended up taking 1 and 1/2 and the packing that was to take one day ended up taking 1 and 1/2 due to lack of time management, proper staffing and proper supplies. Nathan did make it right the last day by coming himself and correcting.

These movers were awesome. They stuck with it and endured moving me to the 3rd floor. Took care of my stuff like it was there own. Victoria was just really sweet and cared about me. 2 men and a truck rock.

I had a great experience with Two Men & A Truck. My movers (Austin, Matt R., Mone & Matt L.) out of the Franklin office were excellent guys. They had great attitudes, were friendly & funny and hard workers. They made downsizing my mom (out of a house she lived in for 35 years) a much easier experience. Accidents happen...and when a piece of furniture got broken...they were on it immediately. I talked with a supervisor right after it happened & was assured it would be fixed right away. I was in contact with David throughout the process of repair. He personally delivered the piece back to us a week later good as new. I am very happy with the service I received throughout the move & afterwards. My movers were the best & took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Thanks so much guys!!!

I got 4 guys and they showed up right on time. They were in and out in an hour and a half and were super friendly! I couldn't of been happier with my services and time. Appreciate the help!!

Andre and Aford did a great job with our move. Extremely professional and customer service Friendly. Victoria at the office was excellent and followed up with me through the entire process.
