Easiest moving experience I’ve ever had!! And the service for the money was exceptional!! The movers were courteous and respectful to me, my dad and with my belongings. I was very impressed and very happy with Two Men and a Truck our of Franklin, TN.

Scheduled for a range of 1 hour start time. Showed up 4.5 hours after the latest start time. Two susequent start times were not met either.

I was very impressed with the person I initially talked to. She was very nice. I thought the crew worked very hard and tried to do their best. I was impressed that they were able to unload the whole truck in 2 hours. My only beef is with our piano. I explained when I called that we had a large antique piano that had to go up stairs. This was not an issue with the moving crew. But I just think they were not properly equipped. Had my son not been there, I do not think they would have gotten it into the house. For that item, then needed more men or some type of equipment made for moving pianos. They (with my sons help) did get it into the house in good condition. Again, the crew worked hard, they just needed more manpower or equipment.

OK everything went OK, I thought one of the movers was inexperienced because it took him way too much time to put saran wrap around a lazy boy recliner, it was actually comical watching him buffoon around. However, He and the leader got their act together and did well moving everything. Their attitudes were good and I appreciate that. The move went smooth I paid them and they left, I then went to lay down on the newly put together King Size Bed and it collapsed on the floor, I pulled the mattress off of the frame to investigate what had happened. What I found made me very angry! They hadn't put any of the underlying frame back together properly. There is a series of boards and cross pieces that need to be put together with Screws. I have used Two Men & a Truck on three separate moves (Columbus Ohio, Little Rock, AR and Franklin TN). All crews and service have been excellent, but the Franklin Team took extra care and service was beyond EXCELLENT! SUPERIOR ! Thank you !

Moving team were better than packing team. Packers did not get all the work done that they should have. Movers had to make up for it.
Otherwise, great attitude of ten.

My team were awesome. I was on a budget to get my move completed and they were great. They moved at a steady pace and were careful with my furniture. Great job!!!
