Movers were friendly and easy to work with. They , however, did not wrap everything which caused unnecessary gouges and scratches on floor and some pieces of furniture,ie.table leaves.
Movers worked very hard however.

The crew showed up and they were very clean and presentable. They were also very very nice. However the guy in charge seemed a little confused at times I didn’t know the best way to move things. I believe this causes things to take longer than they should have an intern cost us significantly more money even beyond the high-end of the estimate. Also we have things that were damaged in the move And I have returned two phone calls from both Dave and Nathan and seem to be on able to get a response from them.

Brandon and David were very courteous and worked very hard, They treated our belongings with respect.

The 2 gentlemen that I worked with were polite, hilarious, and made the stress of moving actually enjoyable. The only thing I noticed after they left was that the tray on the bottom of my washer (which was here at the property before we moved) got cracked and will need to be replaced. Otherwise, very happy with the service provided.

The 3 young men were very nice and polite. They got the job done in a reasonable amount of time.
The following are our three major complaints:
1. They broke the glass shelving in our China cabinet
2. They just put our boxes in the garage instead of moving them into the rooms where they labeled.
3. After several calls to the office we still do not have the broken glass shelving replaced.

We got movers and a show. These guys were very courteous and professional yet jovial. They did scratch our headboard, but other than that I had no issues. They first came in to assess the items and then figured out a game plan. One guy kept asking for the heavy stuff and another was running off the truck to grab the next item. There was no bickering. I heard horror stories with other movers. I will definitely recommend TM&aT.

I will probably never use you again. My furniture was damaged, the movers did not complete the move, and attempt to resolve it and have been unsuccessful now Two weeks after the move.

The movers were careful with our furniture but scratched our floors up. I thought the men didn’t use moving tools like straps to help carry the furniture more efficiently and carefully. The furniture arrived safely but we were afraid we’d hear complaints from the new owners of our home. So far all indications are they are pleased with their new home.

Guys worked very hard. One of them accidentally bumped the side of my china cabinet and broke the glass. I will file a claim on this. Good work crew.

Furniture not padded properly and damage incurred. Everything that was to be moved did not move and I still paid more than priced. The packers were not experienced and did not have the right supplies causing the move to take longer than it should. The movers and packers on the first and second day were not managed and time efficiency was a factor in the cost overrun as well as they had to makeshift padding and packages due to not having enough of every thing from padding to bubble wrap to lamp and picture boxes. The move that was scheduled to take 1 day ended up taking 1 and 1/2 and the packing that was to take one day ended up taking 1 and 1/2 due to lack of time management, proper staffing and proper supplies. Nathan did make it right the last day by coming himself and correcting.
