Movers carelessly placed unprotected furniture and items in storage unit, causing damage. For example, wood rubbing against other wood furniture, a cast iron decorative item placed against wood furniture, causing scratches, and a wooden chair placed directly on top of an unprotected decorative piece, which also caused damage. The storage unit door scraped against a wooden end table when it was opened/closed, until readjusted by owner. Very unprofessional job. I will never recommend a company with movers who treat client property with so little respect and care.

Rico and Broadrick were amazing! They were jogging back to the truck to make sure their time was fast! They were exceptional and did an amazing job!!!

1 lamp was damaged and the walls were schuffed. They didnt try to hide it and bought it to my attn. I did receive emails and a phone call about the damage. They were on top of things!!

The three young men who came to move me could not have been nicer and so considerate. They took care of my belongings like they were their own. And they worked so hard, yet were so personable. The move took about half the time I had thought it would. Everything was wrapped in plastic and then in blankets. I really was so pleased. And the office staff was so helpful in answering all my questions and getting my move set up in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for making this transition as smooth as it could be. What an excellent company!

I used Two Men and a Truck for the second time in a few weeks. Same great care of my property and they kept it dry despite moving during a pouring rain. Grant was my head mover the first time and I asked for him by name to run my second move. People like Grant are who make Two Men who they are!

Since there are not enough characters to send my full experience, I will summarize. A return call would be great so I may explain in detail. My original move date was Saturday, 2/17 at 2 - 5 PM. It was rescheduled for Sunday, 2/18 at 9:30 AM since drivers had not shown up by 6:30 PM. I was kept in the loop, however this was a huge inconvenience and I really had no choice but to comply with the reschedule date. The drivers showed up at 10:00 AM on Sunday 2/18. When driving to the storage barn on the same property, got stuck in the yard even though they had been told to stay in the gravel drive due to the rain. This delayed me for another 1.5 -2 hours. My father pulled the truck out of the mud saving you a tow bill, however I still paid 390.00. Extremely frustrating!!!
