Bill
Movers were late did not bring the proper boxes. One man( Kevin ) was a hard worker and the other worker hid in the truck and was very slow in packing boxes Kevin did three to one in packing boxes.
It took 8 hours to pack and load a two bedroom apartment and a lot of packing boxes had been done.
They did not get unloaded until after 9 PM. The slow worker took an hour and 15 minutes to assemble a bed frame. The good worker took only 20 minutes to screw boards and assemble a bed frame. We were very disappointed in the service we received from Two Men and a truck.

We had used Two Men and a Truck from Franklin Tennessee before and had a great experience at that time, they moved us from Mississippi to Tennessee. When it came time to move again, we did not think twice about who we were going to call. Again the experience was awesome, the folks in Franklin are just the best.

The on-site moving team from Two Men and A Truck was the best I've ever experienced with a move. My only disappointment was the almost doubling of the cost estimate for my move. If my move estimate had been more accurate, I would have given an excellent rating for all questions. I am already sharing with friends my experience with Two Men and A Truck.

The guys started by saying they were hurt at their last job by dropping a gun safe on themselves. They took 40 minutes to get our refrigerator out the front door. They scratched both of the refrigerator doors. They had to call for a third guy because they said our furniture was too heavy and they were the “smallest guys there”. We were told that our refrigerator doors were going to be replaced and we haven’t heard anything for weeks. We will never use you guys again.

Jose, Roberto and the other gentleman whose name I can’t remember right now were all incredibly professional, courteous and pleasant. They were excellent. I will highly recommend two men and a truck to my friends and family for affordable, easily coordinated moving help. I’ll be a customer for life!! Excellent job!!
