The team of 4 movers we had were excellent. Very nice and curtious individuals. Took care of everything they moved. I had to rent an extra Uhaul trailer for extra items and they stayed and help pack that up for me as well.

Your two men worked hard and steady.seemed like good men but unfortunately a couple of items created a problem, one they broke and couldn't be fixed, after spending a lot of time trying and one trying to reassemble which took time and I told them I would do it. This cost me a good hour and not happy I had to pay more.

Heather was a delight to coordinate all the details before the move. The crew that handled the actual move was terrific. Fast moving and efficient. One would think they were getting paid for the job rather than by the hour. Also, very conscientious about protecting our household goods and our new home. Highly recommend!

The estimate given to me when setting up the moving service was to only PICK UP my stuff, not DELIVER it to the new address so my estimate was wrong and the revised one was DOUBLE the estimate cost when the movers showed up!!! Why would anyone moving, want their stuff picked up and not delivered elsewhere??? VERY UPSETTING!!!!
