Your phone assistant is awful and should not be giving quotes. Completely gave wrong information. Needed 2 trucks not one.

Movers were on time and worked steadily to load and unload in the rain. They were courteous and professional.
However, some of our wooden furniture was damaged with many scratches. More care should have been taken to protect furniture.
