The intial contact was made via telephone , the young lady was extremely helpful and cheerful . I explained that I was moving into an aprtatment and I needed my new furniture picked up from the furniture store as it would be quicker to do utilize two men and a truck . I asked would my bed be put together and was told yes . I spoke to another rep on the day of the move , as I needed approval as it was a same day . When the movers got to my apartment with my stuff they informed me that they could not put the bed together as it was against policy . I explained that this wasnandacirc;??t the case . I spoke with a manager , he accused me of being untruthful and they coversation was recorded . He was extremely rude , I havenandacirc;??t heard anything about the recording , will never utilize the service again .

After reviewing the recorded phone call, we were able to confirm that assembling furniture wasn&rsquo;t discussed. Elise in the office was my contact. She was excellent, took her time, emailed me with everything. I give her 10 stars. She is double beyond 5stars. The movers, Brent and aaron also did a good job.

The entire move team was exceptional. They were courteous and very professional. Brent even fixed my broken headboard that was left by previous movers (confirmed by my sister because I had forgotten about it). Two Men and a Truck are blessed to have this crew on their team.

Used Two Men and a Truck before and wouldn't even consider using anyone else. Was highly impressed with how hard, how efficiently, and how professionally the moving team worked. Will use this company again, and highly recommend to my friends and family. It was so easy to set up service on the phone or on-line and get a rapid quote. Team removed all wrapping materials and even helped me decide how to arrange my living room furniture. Great guys - professional, but treated me like family.

I was pleased with everything about the company except they did not unload two boxes intended for my new residence but took them to storage. The mistake was corrected the next day. Would definitely use the company again. Ida

Overall, great experience especially for the price. Final cost was less than the initial quote, and everything was moved without damage. Definitely would recommend and use Two Men and a Truck again for my moving needs.
