The crew worked well together and kept me informed at every step. The only bad thing was damage to the door.(which the movers quickly told me about) and door stopper. . We only noticed last night that when they put the washing machine down it broke the pipe

Our team did a good job. They were on time, courteous and helped with all of our moving needs. The only areas of improvement I would add is that the team would be better served to be a bit more careful with furniture and the new house. While not meaning to, the team hit our chandelier several times and made us worry that it was going to come crashing down. We also had several scratches and chunks taken out of pieces of furniture and walls. Lastly, the team was very nice and easy to work with, but one of the movers, while friendly, was extremely social to the point that we were feeling the need to help him re-focus on the job at hand, was on the phone a few times and took a few breaks. That being said, the team lead didn't charge us for time overage because of this. Overall, a decent job.

We were very pleased with the way our move was handled by the two men who worked with us and our belongings. They were very professional and personable. They put more effort in making sure we were satisfied than we expected. The only problem that occurred during our move was caused by our loan company complicating our closing time. At least we were able to work things out and get our belongings a little later, but safely to our new home.

Was pleased with Two Men and A Truck. The only issue to be aware of is that the movers didn’t carry tools to disassemble the furniture.

The office staff was friendly and helpful even though I had to reschedule the move twice. Rico and Jackson were the gentlemen who moved us. They let us know when they were on the way and were on time. They were respectful of our furniture and our preference for how it was loaded, as well as quick and efficient. Overall our move was one of the easiest we have ever experienced thanks to Two Men and A Truck.

They did a great job taking care of our items and got our out of town move on time.

The two men that came to assist with our move were amazing. They made our move so much easier and more efficient than we could have done ourselves. I would hire them again tomorrow and recommend them to anyone.

Aaron and Jackson were absolutely amazing! They took such great care of all of my stuff whether it was an expensive piece or not. They had the best attitude even when the job took longer than estimated. I would absolutely use them and Two Men and a Truck again!!

My only issue was no one told me I could not write a check!

There were 2 movers. The lead mover appeared tired from the time he arrived and the other was obviously very new to his position.
My brother is 56 and I am a woman age 55. I feel we both worked harder than they did to manage this move. If it had not been for my brother, it would have taken a much much longer time for this to happen. Now, I would have been held payable for this difference. I am moving from my storage unit into my town home within a month and I have already requested not to have the same team return for the next move.
