This was a very positive experience, I will use them again when we move cross country.

They made an error in estimating what it would take to complete the move in one trip, but were proactive in having a van with two guys come out to finish the job the next morning at no additional cost. Although I would have preferred the entire job being completed in one session, I appreciate the company's willingness and ability to make it right. I would definitely recommend their services. The movers were incredibly polite, helpful and efficient.

guys were very courteous and polite. Handled my furniture with great care. They arrived on time and worked hard until they were done. Will request the same crew to move the remaining stuff from storage after the first of the year.

The overall experience was exceptional. The movers were on time, quick, efficient and very courteous. the only slight hiccup in the move was that the person I spoke with in the office when I set up the move, forgot to include my apartment number on the work sheet and also transposed my area code of the phone number. the drivers had a slightly hard time finding me, but were able to do so. The office person did read back my phone number incorrectly and I did correct the number, but it was still placed on the work order incorrectly. the operator was also informed of my apartment number but also failed to place it on the work order. When the order was sent to me by email, I also failed to notice the discrepancies, so I am partly to blame also. Overall experience was excellent.

Best move ever. Nicole and Tabitha were wonderful representatives and Kyle did my on site estimate. I have to rate them excellent in customer service, they were always pleasant and professional and extremely helpful. The movers were John, Nigel and Derick. I was so happy with them and called to see if they would be able to deliver my things. They did. These three young men were so respectful not just with me but each other. They made a dreaded day enjoyable. I can't compliment them enough.

I had the three best movers ever. Hardest working, fastest and most reliable crew ever. Made a 130 mile move as pleasant as moving can be.

Two men and a truck in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina has the most courteous and personable employees I have ever dealt with. They were careful with my belongings as well as being experienced and efficient.

The only miss communication between the office and movers were, I asked for boxes to pack my lamps and other heavy items and the office did not relay that to the movers. They were shocked when they arrived and did not have the boxes to pack my tv's, printer, lamps and mixer. The movers in Columbia came prepared unlike the movers here.

The guys were efficient, very careful, skilled, and helpful. They knew what they were doing. They also had great personalities.
