Overall satisfied with the service. Some communications difficulties between the national office and the local guys. Local guys were good.

Our movers were Tristen and Israel. They were excellent from start to finish. Very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. They asked questions when needed which made my husband and I feel confident that they cared how we felt and showed they cared about the items they were moving. We actually had more items than were originally counted, yet Tristen and Israel followed through carefully and diligently until the job was complete. We actually made the comment that for our next move (our furniture was stored waiting for our home of choice), we will request Tristen and Israel. Job well done. They were excellent.

An extreme pleasure and professional....reduced my stress considerably

Movers were courteous and worked very hard. One guy carried a king mattress by himself.

The movers did great. My only complaint would be that the move cost and man power needed was under estimated so a 3rd man was needed which drove up the cost.

As a disabled people we needed extra care in our move. Dedrick and Leroy were phenomenal in the caring of our needs. They are very very friendly and personable while being very professional. This is now our families 3rd move and we've are more satisfied with two men and a truck than other companies we've used. We've couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you for a job well done.
