Everyone was great! We had 3 men moving our items. They took their time and walked me through everything as they were doing it. They were easy to talk to and took the time to interact with my son.

When we got to the new house they made sure everything, including the furniture, was exactly where I wanted it and really took their time.

The entire experience was friendly, professional and efficient. The office staff answered my questions and helped me make a reservation. The moving team - Waco and Robert were fantastic. The area was under a heat advisory and my a/c was out but they never slowed down! Moved my boxes to storage, rearranged the furniture as requested and completed the job quickly, carefully and with a smile! Laurie

Great service from beginning to end. Zero problems

These guys did an awesome job! My only issue, which I think needs to be said, I had a large desk that had to be disassembled prior to getting it out of my house, which I had told the office when I placed the order. The guys did not have tools or a clue how to take it apart. The next day a neighbor got it done with an Allen wrench in about 10 min. I don’t think I should have had to pay a 2nd fee

My exceptional moving experience ended quickly die to a disgruntled employee, which made the move a nightmare. The rest of my five man team were exceptional!!
I called the office, and Mike, Derrick and Keith all fixed the problem immediately!! Derrick finished the move himself and Keith set a team today to organize everything! They came up with a great solution to make everyrhing wonderful
