I tried calling customer service, for 2 days, to check the estimate amount (no one had called me, as OM had promised) & to be sure I was scheduled correctly. I received the answering machine, left a message, no one returned my call. The 3rd day I set my alarm for 8 AM, called, got a person who told me I was scheduled for the 25th. I said this was the wrong date. She repeated "the 25th." I asked "why would I have asked to move on a workday?' She said "I don't know & it cannot be changed." I lost $200 pay for 25th.
