Packing was VERY poorly done! Multiple pictures were put in boxes with no paper, so all of them are nicked and scraped and gouged. Some clothing was hung in the garment boxes and then clothing that was on shelves was thrown in. Not enough paper was used - many items were broken. Boxes were poorly labeled or not at all! A very poor experience.

These guys were friendly, courteous and professional. They were careful with all of my belongings and did the job promptly. I don’t plan on moving again, but if I did, these are the guys I’d want to do it.

This has been my worst move EVER and I have used 2 Men and a Truck several times before. Your saving grace is you are trying to correct the problem. Your office staff customer service has been AWESOME. In this day where EVERYONE is having problems finding good, dependable workers, it is good to know that you will still stand behind your values. Thanks you for trying to correct my bad experience

My fifth move with Two Men and a Truck. The execution is always excellent from every franchise. I don’t really call anyone else.

The two gentleman that came and moved us were so very awesome and helpful, you have a great asset to your company having them as employees, they work so very hard and at a nonstop pace. I truly appreciate them !!

Both the crew who unloaded our three pods last Friday, and the crew that went to Irmo South Carolina to pick up some remaining items, did a good job. They were fast workers, pleasant to work with, willing to do a couple of extra things of moving around and stuff, and well appointed themselves as good representatives of two men and a truck.

I recently moved into a brand new house (new build), and the movers damaged my door to the point where it will need to replaced. I filed a claim with your office the same day, and I have yet to hear back. It’s very disappointing moving into something brand new and having that moment ruined by the mess left behind from the movers.

I thought the movers were very courteous! I’m not sure they understood the value of the furniture piece they were moving.
I thought the line asking to leave a tip was really tacky!!!!!

Josh and Mario made a great team! They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend!
