Lus team isnt beyond excellent. They worked efficiently, polite, courteous, and was concerned that they did everything that needed to be done. They went beyond my expectations! I appreciate customer service like this.

My experience with your company was outstanding. I was a little leery because I had just had a really bad moving experience with another moving company. However, Toby and Darrel, was awesome. They arrived early and wasted no time in loading and unloading the items, placing them where I wanted them. They were efficient and was able to come in under the quoted estimate! Your company has renewed my confidence in moving companies. I would definitely use your services again. God bless you with continued success!

Moving team was great, as always. The one thing that was less than excellent is that when I called to book the move, the staff member I spoke to said she would send me an inventory but failed to do so. I called back the day before the move and found my move had not been firmly booked. Fortunately it was scheduled for a Monday, and a truck and team was still available. The team arrived promptly and worked quickly and well.

Matt and Scottie did an amazing job - they moved every single piece of furniture I had without a single scratch or mark on anything. They were able to complete the move quicker than the estimated time required, and were happy to move the couple of pieces that I had forgotten about during my estimate. I couldn't have been happier with the service, and will definitely be calling on them again for my next move!

I LOVED Toby and Darrell! They were so efficient in moving everything and didn't complain once about the 2 flights of stairs or the impending rain. They were kind and helpful throughout the entire process and thoroughly explained everything to me in the beginning and at the end. Plus, you could tell that they love their job. I'll definitely refer my friends to work specifically with them if they're available!

Everyone was great, very patient and went the extra mile. I really appreciate the fact that one of the guys had helped us move out of our house and remembered us. That meant a lot! Personal service is very important.

Your company did a wonderful job. The hard working team, Matt, Scottie, and Nicky, were professional and friendly. Matt explained everything before they began and performed a walk-thru after they completed the job to make sure they got everything I wanted them to. They worked well together as a team and were able to complete the move in a just a few hours. I will definitely recommend your company.

Must tell you that my first experience with ur company was a disaster. However this time I was pleasantly surprised to see that ur team (Lou, Josh and Austin) were so very kind and considerate of both me and my belongings. Could not have asked for a nicer group of guys to work with. A very stressful day was made much more calm and joyful because of these 3 caring men! Will definitely be recommending to all I know.
