We had an excellent experience with Two Men and a Truck EXCEPT for the estimator. When the crew showed up they were not expecting the scope of our move and were therefore not prepared. They did not know about the piano and the storage building, however, they recovered in their plan and attitude. It seemed that the estimator confused our move with another move she viewed the same day she visited our home for the estimate. The guys worked very hard and were very accommodating. They had to come back the next day and get the balance of our things. The office staff did call two times to check on the job. The moving crew presented us with a complimentary bag of useful items for the move. Your move crew was excellent and they made up for the confusion caused at the start.

Things went smoothly. One mover in particular was over the top great and professional. I was charged way over the amount quoted even after taking things off my moving list. Not sure about why. The drivers disappeared after leaving one location and were 30 mins late to the next location. Not sure what happened there.

From the original quote, the on site estimate to the delivery of my belongings ... everyone was professional and supportive. I adored my team! Willie and Kevin could not have done a better job or been more pleasant to work with. They were on time and worked hard every minute they were with me. I received follow up calls while we were on the road to be sure everything was going smoothly. I have since unpacked and have absolutely no damage to any of my things. Anyone can move you across town, these guys moved me from SC to FL with zero hiccups. Thanks to my Spartanburg team for an amazing experience!

Jed and Jerome were great! They were very nice, professional, and effecient. They got everything moved very quickly and helped me to unpack things and put them exactly where I wanted them. They were both very friendly and a pleasure to work with!

We are extremely satisfied with the entire furniture moving experience. I would especially like to compliment the three moving men that worked with us. They were professional, great personalities, friendly, experienced, didn't damage any furniture at the pickup and unload locations. Alijah explained everything that was going on very clear and complete. I just can't say enough about when the guys were actually physically moving my furniture, it was almost silent!! I just needed furniture moved between rooms and floors. They were quick, careful and professional. They were done before the minimum time I paid for and after I asked, they flipped a mattress for me per my request. Nice attitude, they said andamp;acirc;€œof course!andamp;acirc;€

Excellent move experience. My 92 year old mother was thrilled with service she received and the outstanding performance of the staff that moved her possessions. Jerome and Gene were fantastic!
