I called ahead of time because I was worried parking would be difficult in downtown Columbia, and their response was that the movers would call me day of. So I assumed it’d be fine. When they arrived they had a lot of trouble with parking and it took 15-20 minutes to figure out how to do it. That’s why I called ahead, so I was a bit frustrated.

I had a good experience with the 2 men that moved my furniture. I just think instead the office should contact you the day before to confirm the correct information that was given. I spoke with to of the office assistants and they didnt have my information correctly and it made me feel that my rate could have been a little less so I was not pleased about that and I contacted the same day

Kaleho and Trey were very courteous and reminding me they are there to take care of everything. The did a very professional job.

The team needs to slow down because they dropped our boxes when loading the truck and damaged the island wall in our apartment as one worker moved a large sofa by this area.

I was super impressed with the padding and protection the movers gave all the furniture. They were careful but also efficient and expeditious with packing as well as unpacking. They listened and followed all my requests. The movers were friendly and pleasant. The front office was easy to work with.

Crew did not bring equipment they needed to move refrigerator. I would have assumed they carried everything they needed in truck. They ended up dragging/rolling it . They didn’t stack dining room chairs in pod, they placed them side by side, taking up a lot of space. I should have followed them to pod, but I assumed they would have packed it efficiently. Overall fine , but not excellent
