Moving team left things off the truck without consulting me
Boxes were left at weird places on unload
Furniture is shoddily assembled with pieces left out.
Some racks were left unassembled
Floor was scratched
Fridge is not working.

My daughter had used this company to move her in March & highly recommended them!
They did not disappoint! They did a great job!

Honestly, I hope all of your team members are as wonderful as Leon & William! They knocked it out of the park for my move & truly appreciate their due diligence, sense of humor & attentionto detail. I would suggest to reach out to customer with a confirmation email, text or phone call (their preference) the day before the scheduled move. Again, thank you!!!!

Thank you for the professionalism from beginning to end. Setting up the appointment was super easy and both ladies were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The "duo dynamic" as I would call them (Mr. Earl and Javaris) was very prompt, very professional and very in-sync with each other. They both handled all of my furniture and boxes with care from beginning to end.

Our two movers, Leon and Wil, were fantastic. They were efficient, friendly, and polite. Best movers we have ever had!

Matthew and DJ were awesome! They arrived on time, were very professional and friendly. And handled my belongings with care.

Leon and his co-worker did a fast and efficient job. No breakage that I could tell. I had lots of small boxes. Would recommend and use again. My estimate was higher, but I couldn't move everything at the time.
