Cons: I filed a damage claim due to a dent in my wall from the workers moving my couch. I was supposed to get a call about the claim and never received one. Minor damage is almost expected due to bulky furniture and that is why the damage claims process is in place. In order for this process to work, the office needs to follow up on said claim and that did not happen. Other than this issue, I was happy with the service provided.
