We had two movers! Scott did amazing! Moved fast, effective and put things where it should be! He def worked like he was two men by himself! I kept asking if we were in our time limit(we only wanted 21/2 hours!) the other moved said yes! Come to find out I was charged 4 hours....with pieces still left in my other home....washer dryer, dressers, and in the new home nothing was put together and things key downstairs that goes upstairs! Scott didn’t have the appropriate help he should have! Other moved kept getting splinters(I had to get out for him). Kept stopping and complaining of back issues! Charged over $600 for things to be left behind and not done correctly!

I was very pleased with them until I realized they didn't put the legs back on my desk and a few pieces of my furniture was damaged as well as my floor in my new house which I sent a message to them but I have not heard back from them yet so until I find out my furniture was messed up I was really happy since then I'm not at all

The moving team that handle our move was prompt, pleasant, polite, and very professional in their manner of caring for our possessions moved. Would highly recommend them, and would appreciate them to move our property in the future. The company representative that met with us initially also has all of the above attributes when he was viewing our property during his estimating process.

The 2 gentlemen from truck 47 were amazing. They got everything moved out of my storage unit and drive it to florence and even set it up for my mother who lives alone. She was so happy with your company and how far out of their way they went to make sure everything was setup and in place for her so she wouldn't have to try to move things later on her own. I will be using truck 47 again.

They were somewhat slower then when I used them in the past. The men were very respectful. One of them accidently broke a glass table but he was very apologetic and the company is going to replace it. The damage office called the same day and assured me they would replace the glass as quick as they could. Over all we were happy with there service and I would call them again.

Movers Jordan and kelvin were on time and prepared. Had a great attitude and were very pleasant. We appreciate the help! I would recommend them to anyone looking to move!

Movers showed up on time, actually early which was great, were professional, efficient and didn't ride the clock.

Pros: The work was done in a timely fashion. Due to a last minute cancellation, I called Two Men and a Truck and they were able to schedule my move that day.
Cons: I filed a damage claim due to a dent in my wall from the workers moving my couch. I was supposed to get a call about the claim and never received one. Minor damage is almost expected due to bulky furniture and that is why the damage claims process is in place. In order for this process to work, the office needs to follow up on said claim and that did not happen. Other than this issue, I was happy with the service provided.

Rates were too high, drivers did not even have hand trucks. Being a moving company, thought that was ridiculuous

I was referred by my brother and I thought he was joking. He told me that he did not have the telephone number but he was sure I could find it, so I went on the computer and there they were, so I called. I found that they were statewide,I called the number and received excellent information and fast service was available to me. I am new to the state of South Carolina and I was very happy to receive service from a great company.
