Your team did a fantastic job moving us back into our home after our hardwood floors were refinished. The team took extra care to protect our floors and moved even the heaviest items back into the place without a hitch or a scratch. The guys were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks for an outstanding job!

My team was great! They made the entire process run smoothly. And they are super muscle/ strong. Shawn was the team leader & his knowledge & leadership was apparent in the way he interacted with his guys. He expected hard work, team effort, but respected their opinion.

Not Professional Ken, Lafayette and Jeremiah. 6/12/24. Cussing, Additude, disrespect, slamming boxes @ were not going to finish job.. The supervisor was called in. All 3 men were sent home. The Supervisor took over @ brought 3 guys in to finish the job.

Both packing and moving crews were excellent! Special shou out to Andre & Ethan for the Packing and Clinton, Andre & Mark for the loading, move and unloading. These four were outstanding in every way.

Andre and Corey were punctual, professional and careful movers. Great service.

We used Two Men and a Truck 23 years ago when we moved into our 1st home, so, we wanted to do the same this time. They are still outstanding! From booking my move to the actual move. Staff was friendly and professional. They made the transition seamless. Excellent!

We had several items of furniture and some smaller items from my mother's estate to move from Columbia, SC, to Austin, TX. Two Men and a Truck is a one of the few companies who will handle something like this. The estimator was easy to work with, and the Columbia office sent someone to help with packing the items. On the pickup day, however, the crew who arrived seemed not to be aware of the complete situation and the needs for this move. It took several phone calls between the crew, the office staff, my sister, and myself to get this issue resolved. Ultimately, this crew did complete the packing and loading. On the receiving end, the delivery crew arrived on time and did an excellent job of unloading all of our items and placing them into our home. They did not unpack the boxes, however. When my wife and I unpacked the boxes after the delivery crew left, almost everything was in good shape. However, we did discover two broken bottles from an antique glass set because they had not been individually packed properly. Trying to file a claim for the damages initially felt like a bit of a runaround. I had to call two different Two Men and a Truck offices, only to be told that their central office would handle the claim. Within a couple of days, we did receive a request for more information, which we provided. Several days later we finally received a response that the central claims office would not process this claim but that the shipping office would handle it. It took several days to receive a response from the shipping office, but in the end they did offer some compensation for the damaged items.

The team was mostly organized, but unprepared for moving furniture from a third floor. Furniture ended up with deep marks on them due to no blankets or buggering during the dollies being dropped step by step during collection. Likewise, for the quote, differences in the verbal amount and what was actually quoted were odd by 100s despite the same information, never mind the final price.

My recent move with Two Men and a Truck was inferior compared to other moves. My furniture was damaged, needs were underestimated resulting in additional charges and the team did not take the care with my belongings that I am used to.

Everyone was so helpful and nice! I appreciate the office team adding last minute items for me, and the moving team were amazing! I can’t say enough good things about them! Everything went so smoothly!
