Movers were extremely unprofessional. Talked on phones and goofed around half the time. They didn’t care about my property one bit. They smashed furniture, broke appliances, and even caved in the top of a Maytag dryer. Now the Manager is giving me attitude because I’m
Unsatisfied and want my items fixed. Plus I paid extra for full insurance!

Broken furniture. Missing pieces. Extra costs not disclosed. Items not working after the move that worked before.

From the time they arrived at my location, one of the movers was constantly e pressing how he wished he went home. I felt he had an attitude the ENTIRE time. To me it seemed they made the move a lot longer than it should have taken. Not to mention they let my chest hit the floor of the truck like it was no big deal!! It was damaged and it is not a cheap piece as he mentioned . I called the "claims manager " who was absolutely NO help and didn't want to let me speak to the GM. Other then the initial call and one if the movers. I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

The movers did not reattach a mirror to one of my dressers, they refused to put my offic desk back together since they were not the ones that took it apart - even though it was their company that took it apart, just different movers, they damaged my newly finished expensive hardwood floors and also damaged one of my foot boards. I will never use them again and will tell others about my experience!

Quoted 3-5 hour time frame, moved less than originally stated (2 bedrooms, living room, and 3 TVs) and it took 8hours. Damaged 2 pieces of furniture, forgot pieces to both my dressers so we had to place the mirrors ourselves. Overall bad experience and would not recommend or use again!

I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck! They arrived on time and had my furniture moved to the location as described! Our furniture was heavy and had to be carried up a flight of stairs and we did have very slight damage to one of our items but they sent a professional out to repair the slight damage and it was repaired perfectly! You can’t even tell that there was damage after the repair. I appreciate the action the company took to make sure my item was fixed. Thank you guys for great service! Highly recommend!!!

They said they were on the way and would be to my home in 15 mins. They arrived ONE hour later. They dropped my couch several times damaging it. They scrapped my newly painted walls and messed them up along with my stair rails. I am still waiting on the contractor to come fix the damages. If they don't call soon I will be reporting to the BBB and blasting with pictures on social media.

The move took much longer than anticipated/quoted. We also had 3 damaged items which isn’t a big deal to me because accidents do happen. My problem is that I purchased the full insurance and now they are dragging their feet on getting it taken care of. My dining room table was one of the items broken. It has been a week and I am just now finding out that they have to have a carpenter assess it to see if it can be repaired or not. It should not have taken this long for me to find that out. I have 4 small children and no table. I think this length of time is unacceptable.

We used 2 men and a truck because of other peoples experience. When the guys showed up they treated the furniture very roughly and I was very worried about how my furniture was going to arrive at the new location.
When the furniture was unloaded several pieces of furniture was scuffed up and looked like it had been in a battle. We had just had new hardwood floors finished and the movers scratched the floor badly in the entrance way. I don't know whether the floors can be repaired or not. They also set the freezer down against a wall and gouged the sheetrock to where a professional will have to repair it.

We had four men moving us . Three of them were great one was like a bull in a china cabinet. Every piece of furniture he move is scuffed !
