My service was excellent. My movers were willing to help me move and arrange to make make things fit in rooms. Donavan and Robert worked very hard and steady. It was a long day and long drive but they did it without complaining or missing a step.

We will live again in a couple of months when our new home is ready. We’re hoping to get the same same crew!

I have had to move three times since June and Two Men & a Truck have made a really rough schedule tolerable with their professionalism and care given all our moves . Each individual on the team made me fell like my thins were just as valuable to them as they are to me . If we ever have to move again , I will not hesitate to call Two Men % Truck again .

Was charged full price when truck got stuck in neighbors yard roughly 70 yards from my house. Spent at least an hour trying to get truck unstuck and pulled out with a tow truck. While waiting for the tow truck workers carried all furniture to my neighbors yard where it was still stuck, which adds to the time. I paid for 3 workers due to needing to move a large safe, but when moving the safe one of the workers was outside when they started moving it. I actually had to step in and help while trying to get it out of the bedroom, which I don’t mind but when I’m having to pay extra specifically for this item I would like to get what I’m paying for. Also when they were getting the safe out the closet my floors were deeply scratched in the closet and hallway. I’m still waiting to hear back from the office as to how we are going to rectify the situation, as of now I would strongly recommend to anyone not use your service.

Thought the guys were good but they had a key issue. It seems they kept losing screws such as the ones for the mirror to dresser at the master bedroom. Also lost screws for end table. Also the legs on the couch and love seat were rotated crooked after they were moved. Lesson learned. Keep an eye on any screws that have to removed during the moving.

Office person was helpful and personable. Moving team was on time and polite. They also did a good job making sure the furniture was protected during the move. I would the company again for future moves.

The moving team was awesome and did a great job. My dissatisfaction comes from the fact that at the pre-check, it was confirmed that the movers will bring boxes and pack the items. The movers arrived with no boxes and had to wait for boxes to be delivered. During the wait, I was still on the clock and being charged because of their mistake or wasn't told to bring boxes.

My moving team was wonderful! They listened to me, took extra care with my furniture and fragile items, and not one item was scratched or damaged in any way. Wonderful attitude! I think their names were Earl and Noah. Couldn't have been happier with the service I received.
