The only negative comments are that we had talked on the phone several times before our move. The staff was to send 2 queen size mattress bags and 2 TV boxes. We even called again to inform them what size TVs we have. Neither of these two items were there. However, the movers handled and wrapped everything carefully.

The three gentleman communicated well with my spouse in what we wanted done and they completed it.

The Young men were very polite and professional with excellent manners! I would most definitely use you again and refer you as well. In the future, I will ask more specific questions about the cost because, my final cost was more than I expected based on my conversation with the young lady in customer service.
