Our move turned out to be a much more arduous experience than any of us expected. The boxes were marked for Red-Stop 1 and Green-Stop 2 which helped. All the furniture was carefully wrapped and we paid for a few extra blankets to keep some items wrapped while in storage. Loading went smoothly and efficiently. Stop 1 went faster than expected but did involve a huge flight of stairs. The guys were quick to unload and then we created a chain to get items up the stairs as efficiently as possible. Stop 2 took longer as there were several narrow doorways. It took a few extra hands to get everything into place but it worked well. There were a few dings on the bedroom furniture but nothing that can't be covered with a wood pen. Our awesome movers were Shawn(sp?) and Grayson.

Your people were on time, courteous and very professional! They moved right along, were very engaged in what they were doing and very thorough throughout the entire process! A total success!!!

Team that did the move turned a 4-6 hr job into 11 hours. If there had been 2 more like the driver, the job would have probably been acceptable. The team did not work well together. Seemed like a training session. One had to be told everything to do, how to lift, and what to do next. One guy talked constantly. He spent more time talking than moving furniture. Manager did adjust the charge after I complained. Would I recommend 2 Men - flat no!!

My move is what moving nightmares are made of. I was moving from a home to a storage space due to the time difference from selling my home to purchasing another. One of the movers worked very hard, the other was a slug. The result was that the move took much longer than the "expected time" given to me by the office staff and I had to purchase a second storage space (in the midst of the day, I had to find another space) mostly due to poor arranging of the first storage space. After going to the second storage space, the "slug" broke the elevator in the second space which took my move into day 2. TMAAT did come the second day at no charge to help with items on the truck, but once the elevator was repaired I had to go and move some of my own things as many of them were left on the elevator.

I needed an in-home move as we build an addition. The office staff did exactly what I needed and scheduled a crew quickly, in spite of my confusing instructions, and sent a confirmation email immediately. This part of the process relieved a lot of stress for me. When my "Two Men" arrived, they surveyed the scene, listened to my instructions and got busy right away. They moved furniture from room to room, packed boxes quickly and carefully, very polite, laughed at my bad jokes and listened to my stories about some of the older items that they were packing that were much older than they were! Packing and relocating took almost 6 hours, longer than I had expected, but not their fault, because they were busy the entire time. I am very happy and couldn't have done without them! Thanks

George and Kadesha were awesome. The entire experience was better tha. I anticipated, it was a last minute ordeal, but everyone helped and made it a stress-free move. I really appreciate it and will most definitely use you all again.

My move went great. Theodore and Grayson were very polite and personable. They also took terrific care of our furniture and were very careful to wrap it well and not damage it. The move did end up taking longer than expected, and I'm not sure why. They seemed to move at a reasonable pace and weren't ever standing around. Theodore made it right financially by not charging me for all the time it took, so overall I am satisfied.
