Estimate called for 3 men and 1 truck for a 4 hour move. You sent 2 very inexperienced movers...we had to call for additional help because it was clear they couldn’t handle it alone - our 4 hour move took 11 hours with my husband helping to lift furniture.

Great care wrapping and loading my furniture. There was an elevator failure and they had to carry my furniture and boxes (and my furniture is extremely heavy..such as a king size tempurpedic mattress) up 4 flights of stairs...this was after carrying them down 2 flights of stairs, and driving 3 hours in traffic to deliver the furniture. Very difficult move for the movers. They made sure my move was completed despite the difficult delivery.

Austin and Devin helped me tremendously during my move. They were timely, respectful and caring to ensure all my items were moved in good condition and placed where I had wanted them. Samuel was also very accommodating. He made arrangements to make my timeline work. Overall my experience far exceeded my expectations.

Moving team was great. They had issues running my card but that was management’s fault. They called the after hours # on the clip bored and the guy wouldn’t pickup. The back office or manager kept telling them to call that same # after they explained no one was answering and needed to run the card. Finally, the manager they called said he’d call the after hours # and tell the guy to answer the phone when the movers callled. Movers called after hours #, the guy finally answered, then hung up halfway through, then called back and finished running my credit card.
Last time it took 2 minutes to run my card because the office was doing it’s job that time. This time it took 40 minutes because the office wasn’t doing a good job. Not the movers fault though. You need a different payment process!

Movers had a great attitude even on an extremely hot summer day. They were fast and efficient. Some damage to property and walls and floors in old and new home, but hopefully those will be remedied when the office rep comes to our new home to follow up.

The movers were awesome. They came with the wrong instructions (office problem)and understaffed by 2. But they managed the whole job, and without complaints about having to change their plans. I will request these movers again during our next move!

Trayton and Will were excellent. They were quick, efficient, and reliable. They work really well together. There customer service was great. They made my move from Columbia SC to Virginia as easy as it could possibly be. I had zero damaged items! Yay! They really represented the company well. Because of their great work ethic I would use and recommend two men and a truck to family and friends. I wish them both much success. They were awesome and they definitely deserve to be rewarded for an outstanding job!!
