I was very please with the promptness of the men. They knew what they were doing. Kind and polite.

We could not have been happier with our experience. It was the first time we have used a mover and we would definitely do it again. They treated our belongings with respect and not one thing was broken. Also, I did not feel rushed when they were moving furniture into our new home. Very enjoyable experience.

Mover seems not experinced with my master bed king size causing damage to one of the legs and taking enormous amount of time to assemble

The whole team was professional and courteous. Regretfully, we ran in to a hiccup and my move had to be accomplished over 2-3 days. I understand things happen and I ended up being horribly inconvenienced. Kudos to the office staff(Cameron) who called and made up for everything i had to go thru. Just know, your movers on the 1st day and the movers on the second day--were pleasant and professional, also. I have used your company before and would use you all again--you made a good save!

Ted and Renée worked extra hard so I could sleep in my own bed that night. Their hard work made my move SO MUCH better. They even listened to my chatter. The only thing that happened is it seems like the office didn’t communicate well with them since I had called to say they didn’t have to go to the storage unit and was told that would entered in the notes. The day of they still thought they needed to go to the unit.

We moved the day before Hurricane Florence hit. Only one man and a truck showed up for work and we needed two. Drew, who is on the sales team, showed up to save the day and help us move! We are so grateful. We would recommend to everyone needing the home moved. The had the best attitudes despite the back breaking work they do.

The movers and company did an outstanding job. The movers worked very hard throughout the day in packing, unpacking, disassembly, and reassembly. Office staff was courteous and professional.

Overall excellent. My two movers (Terrell was the lead - was wonderful) worked extremely hard, were effficeint, and courteous. My one complaint is the fact that, after giving a thorough inventory, only two movers were sent for my move. They arrived on time at 9 a.m - but were not able to finish until 7 pm. They worked as hard as they could - just needed more people. We were all exhausted. I would use Two Men again - but would be clearer on the time it might take. I would have been willing to pay more for it not to have taken 10 hours. Please explore options on number of staff sent. Office staff was great as well. Thanks for your services.

My only concern was that the address in Greenwood had an error and I called the office when I got the confirmation e-mail and was told it would be corrected on your end, but when the movers brought the paperwork for me to sign the correction had not been made. If I had not seen this error the drivers would not have gone to the correct address. The two men were excellent.

The team did a great job moving a very valuable dining room suite, including a large and heavy china cabinet. They wrapped each item in padding and then plastic. They took great care in moving it to storage. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
