The moving team arrived on time and got right to work after looking at the items that needed to be loaded. They worked well and efficiently. The off-loading the next day went well and they placed items in their designated locations in the home and was done in a timely manner with no breakage!

A great experience from start to finish. Team was on time and got right to work. They were thorough and completed the move in less time than was estimated. Impressive performance.

Second time I used the company. A good experience the first time led to a repeat. Unfortunately, this move was not as good as last. Truck had mechanical problems which slowed up move by about 3 hrs, included truck having to be towed which (probably) led to a family heirloom being broken (although it hopefully will be restored). Beds were BADLY put together; my daughter had to re-do them. I give a hearty THUMBS UP for getting two bulky, heavy pieces of furniture out of my 2nd floor apartment over the balcony rail with very minimum in scratching. Know it wasn't easy. Despite the problems with this latest move, I would use them again because I trust them.

The movers was unprofessional they did not have shoe covers my sectional sofa is notsteady after the move the guy was handling the sofa like a rag doll my hardwood floors was stretched the molding in the kitchen was the fridge go was damagaed my carpets in the bedrooms got dirty and I told the movers I had just get the carpet cleaned they told me I had to request white glove service which I didn’t know I thought anybody would have known not to walk on carpet with dirty shoes they two movers did not work together they almost appeared to not get alone good with each other one mover came in with a bad attitude as if he didn’t like his job my sectional sofa fitted in grooves but the mover was just shaking and grabbing g the leather sofa I thought he was going to pull it apart I was not pleased

The sales rep who came to my home provided a quote the same day. He was very nice. The guys who came to load and unload were amazing. I couldn't believe how quickly everything was loaded and unloaded. Nothing was damaged and they were great!

Movers didn’t get there till 1030 when they were supposed to be there between 8-9. Movers took their time. Original quotes was 8-900, I moved over half the boxes the day prior. Day off the movers were extremely slow. My move should have take 3 hours tops. Beds didn’t get put together. Was the worst experience I have ever had. Will not recommend this company to a friend or family.
