The office team was thorough in scheduling and I was so appreciative of that vs other companies though I thought it to be aggressive. It was double the time of the move into the home 6 years earlier. Of 5 team members only 2 worked, the leader, driver, and the guy who trained him. The other 3 watched mostly , did things like carry a single mini rake from the van all the way to the elevator with a

We apologize that you feel 3 of the men did not work as hard as the other two. However, we are glad we were able to squeeze you in the next day to finish you move. Unfortunately, it did take longer because our guys had to wait on the storage unit to open as they were closed due to a meeting. Again, we apologize but appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback.

The customer should not have to worry about contacting the city to get a "permit" to move within city limits to avoid getting parking tickets. I had to pay two parking tickets while the truck was outside. I believe this is something that the customer should not have to worry given that moving is one of the MOST stressful things that happen in our lives.

Unfortunately, it is the customer's responsibility to handle parking as our sales staff would have no way of knowing whether every address, they schedule, has a parking situation. Again, we are sorry for that, but super glad to hear that the movers were excellent!

My moving team was great! They arrived on time, quickly and easily assessed the pieces that we were moving brought in all materials needed and handled all of my belongings with great care! They were friendly, polite and placed all pieces/ put together items. Ronnie Larry and jaloni were a great team they worked together nicely and got everything done!

From the time I spoke with the office staff to the time the 3 men backed into our driveway they were all professional and really cared. Corey, from the office was extremely helpful and answered all questions that I had professionally and made the move as easy as it could have been. The 3 men got out of the truck, introduced themselves, were professional and got straight to work! Thank you!
