I have used Two Men 3 times before this move and it was a wonderful experience. This time however was the worst of the bunch. The supervisor and Steve were amazing, and put in a bad position by Ryan. The screws to the bed were lost and had to be bought. The antique mirror screws were lost and they had to call Ryan. The the glass shattered on my antique hutch. I have called twice to find out the status, but cannot get anyone to call me back. The supervisor that was on the delivery, said he would contact me. But that hasn't happened either. I'm very frustrated. I'm hoping this is a fluke and will not happen again.

We had our furniture moved out of our house so we could have our floors replaced. The office staff explained things nicely. The group that moved our furniture out did not explain that insurance coverage was available. The group that moved our furniture back into the house, damaged the brand new floors we had just put in. This group did offer insurance coverage, which I took. When the furniture was returned, there was an electric chord that had been cut on a sofa. I saw this and pointed it out to the group leader. He said that it was damaged prior to them moving it back, and said it had been chewed by a cat. I explained that when the couch left it was was working correctly. I believe the damage occurred on the move out, but was never noticed. I have not heard back from the office.

I"m happy you asked. My opinion depends on how you handle my legitimate concerns about my move last Thursday morning, June 30th.
There were 2 stops to deliver items; both deliveries resulted in damaged goods that were pristine when they left the house. During the first stop, a couch was brought down a staircase with a banister without protection on the legs, and the banister was gouged and scraped almost all the way down. On the 2nd stop, two of the items were also gouged quite deeply. The movers meant well and were respectful, but the truck was cluttered and dirty even before they loaded. The team was headed by Ozzie, with Allen and trainee David.
I want you to compensate me for these damages that must be repaired. I sent pictures of the damages.

Was completely happy with all your services, office staff were courteous and very helpful with setting up the move , the movers were great and I would recommend them to anyone i knew that was moving, only one little error when they tried to get the couch out ...they had to remove the legs in order to get thru the door ...but they damaged the latch on door and around the door which they said would be fixed ....No damage to couch since it was wrapped and protected great ...Keep them well hydrated thru the whole process since it was so hot outside. They were courteous and seems to work well together as a team. They arrived at the scheduled times and beat us to delivery point and waited without complaining and moved things in without any complaints... I commend them on their work Thank U

Movers were quick, but perhaps careless in moving some objects. Three items were damaged during move.

The movers were very polite, however They were very rough and almost careless in handling and loading of the furniture. I personally got in the back of the truck and put pads between dining room table that was loaded on its side and the front of book cases to prevent damaging finish during transport. One employee while wrapping sections of our leather rocking love seat gouged the hard wood floors with four bad scrapes and one heavy six inch gouge in the flooring. I stopped him at the first two and told him to flip the section on the large rug, he then lifted and pulled the section that made the worst of the four. He apologized and continued. didnt show any real concern. I spent an hour with a marker trying to make them not as noticeable. No door jam pads were used,small damage to casing.

Brouced gurniturw doqn 2 flights of stairs. Broke 2 pieves of furniture. Took smokebrwak, social media breaks and snack break on my time, which wad according to the bill $2 a minute.

My bed was damaged.the guys said that insurance will cover it and someone will contact me soon, but nobody did so far.

Willie, Tyrell, and Roosevelt were wonderful and as professional as one could expect. They took great care of all of our possessions including low branches on trees when getting the truck positioned for the move. They work long days and never lose their attention to detail or their pleasant disposition. What a great team! Thanks guys! Teresa

The workers that came to our house were amazing my wife said and super respectful and knew what they were doing. We will 100% use them when we move into our new house.
