The guys were great, Dimitri was a wonderful director of the team. I was obviously not ready for them, because I am sick and disabled. That did not scare them one bit and they didn’t miss a beat. They were super fast, very gentle with breakables that they were not moving but put items on top of furniture that were there gently down and out of the way. I do believe Tyler will grow into a great manager for you one day. He is so courteous and if he did not know answer he definitely went straight to Dimitri. Just the service I expected! Thanks so much

The movers that Two Men and a Truck sent out were absolutely wonderful. They were beyond professional, friendly, efficient, quick, and overall just gave an excellent experience. I had used a different moving company the first time so my expectations were not that great to be honest. They completely exceeded my expectations by a landslide. They walked me through the process and what they were going to do before they did it, didn't damage anything, and were overall just wonderful to be around. I HIGHLY recommend Two Men and a Truck!

The three men that helped us were AMAZING!!! Worked fast but also safe with our furniture. The six hours they were here my husband and I got to know them which was great. They were all very personable! Could not say enough nice things about these three men. Will definitely recommend them to others in the future. A big thank you again to those men!!!

I respect that your company is a business for profit however, I feel that theservice provided to us for travel time as well as unloading a small truck was over priced.

The office could not have been more courteous and accommodating. We moved from storage to an apartment. Our team arrived on time. They were careful with no mishaps or damage to our things or to the apartment. And they were fast, completing our move in by early afternoon. And they also were courteous and accommodating. A joy to work with. Couldn't ask for more.

Everything was good but movers did leave a few marks on walls of our brand new home.

The cost and difference between using moving pads to pack or wrapping was not explained well at all and ended up costing me a little more and a bit of time and inconvenience. There was a glass window broken in a china cabinet and that was totally unnecessary as the cabinet had already been wrapped and I asked them to unwrap and re-do it because the glass shelves and side glass was removable. I signed a waiver but your company really should have offered to pay for the replacement. Fortunately it is rectangular and plain, not etched, engraved, or beveled. This will still be a pain for me to get a glass company to cut it and then I have to install it myself. The crew apologized but should have taken responsibility.

In a few weeks when I am ready to move many of the times back into my house I will use more diligence upfront in the parameters of your agreement.
