I was scheduled for a move on a Saturday with an arrival window of 11am-2pm. My movers arrived just before 5pm with no warning. I contacted the office several times, but they closed at noon. Neither the office staff or the movers contacted me to give an update or at least let me know movers would be severely delayed. And then movers just showed up 3 hours after the window but luckily I was home

Tyler, Jordian and Roosevelt were really great! They showed up on time, worked well together and were efficient, polite and humorous. I greatly appreciate such a seamless process. Moving is stressful and this was one aspect of the move that went smoothly. Thank you SO MUCH

We were highly satisfied with the movers themselves. However, the office staff did not provide an accurate quote to the movers our us as the customers. It ended up being about double what we were quoted without any forewarning or a new contract. The movers were not even made aware that they would be moving boxes, hence the basically worthless quote. Very frustrated. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very satisfied with everything. The workers had to deal with a lot of heavy furniture and unload in three different places on the property. They packed everything securely with nothing broken or scratched during transport. They arrived on time, put everything in the correct spot, got done skillfully and quickly. They were extremely polite and respectful. Definitely worth the investment.

The moving truck/team was nothing short of excellent. Arrived on time, immediately started to load. Didn’t waste a second. Then actually beat me to the unload location. The unload site was in an assisted living facility and did not provide an ideal receiving area. Nonetheless Driver Miller’s team organized an efficient plan and finished in no time! I was 100% satisfied!!!
