The moving team was very good. They were remarkably courteous and personable and worked together well as a team. I enjoyed having them work in my home. Unfortunately the paperwork that they brought with them was the original form that I had filled out on the internet and not the final proposal that was emailed to me from the office staff prior to the move. Consequently the movers did not have any wardrobe boxes, etc. They were able to have the missing supplies delivered to the house during the move. They also went to the original storage facility that I had first thought of using instead of the one listed on the confirmation email so I had to call them when they did not show up at the right location and wait for them to arrive. It would have been an excellent move except for that.

Every time I’ve used your service I have been extremely happy and will continue to use them again and we for your company to other people.

The guys who did the move worked fast, but where still careful with my stuff. They did a great job. My credit card was charged twice though - still working on getting that resolved.

I was particularly impressed with my moving team. 4 arrived to move my possessions onto the truck while allowing to use my comfortable chair until they were finished with everything else. They were courteous, respectful, efficient, well-trained in how to move possessions with care, and they had a happy, jovial attitude. If I had to move again I would definitely use 2 Men & a Truck and would request the same moving team if possible. I was particularly impressed with the timelines of the team. The arrived at my condo on time, quickly finished with paperwork, quickly loaded the truck and drove 550 miles in one day. Their return to Charleston, SC was challenging due to lane reversal on I-26 because of mandatory evacuation orders to protect SC residents from impending Hurricane Florence.

Jamaal and Clayton were extremely professional. We couldn’t have been happier with their service!

Everyone involved, from the office staff to the different men sent to help us move, were very helpful and hard working. They really made my move as easy as possible.

The service was seamless from beginning to the end. Our moving team, Tracy and Que were amazing. They went above and beyond to help. They worked hard the entire time and never complained.. They were very patient with us when we kept getting in the way! Would definitely use y’all again.

Overall service was wonderful, but overlooked a few things that needed to be moved. Not a problem though!! The men were terrific and made fabulous use of their time!!!!!!
I appreciated that more than anything else!!!
